The mission of the IMPACT : Journal of Modern Developments in General Management & Administration (IMPACT: JMDGMA) is to provide ‘Management and Administration leadership’ by publishing articles on managerial practices with organization-wide or cross-functional implications. The journal is a scholarly online, open access, peer-reviewed, interdisciplinary  and refereed journal. It is available in print version as well.

IMPACT: JMDGMA aims is to publish articles of high quality in the fields of management, administration, economics, business and management. Our goal is facilitating:

  • better understanding of the management concepts and research theories in academic and industrial community and thus having a positive influence on the world of management sciences
  • knowledge transfer to the world of practice

 

 IMPACT: JMDGMA seeks original theoretical and practical insights into general management in all types of organizations.  The journal is devoted to exploring the links between management and governance through both theoretical analyses and empirical investigations to improve the understanding of all the rules, codes, principles, practices, processes, mechanisms, structure and relationships, as well as institutions, networks and individuals affecting the way firms and organizations are managed, administered and controlled.  Contributions from all areas of business administration  such as finance, accounting and control, general and strategic management, organizational behavior, human resource management and banking.

We accept articles in all fields related to general management including (but not restricted to):

  • strategy
  • leadership
  • corporate governance
  • international business
  • decision-making
  • change management and
  • corporate social responsibility

The journal also publishes articles written from a functional perspective, such as finance, marketing or supply chain management, provided these demonstrate links to cross-functional and general management topics.
